How does refer a friend work?

Ask your friend first
Check they are happy for you to pass on their name and email address.

Send their name and email to support@easystride.co.uk, with your own name so we know who to thank.

We send them a personal code
It takes £25 off their first hire.

They hire an Easy Stride
They book, use it and post it back in the usual way.

We send you £25 credit
Once their hire is complete, we email you credit to use on your next hire.
Who can I refer?
Anyone who has not hired from Easy Stride before and who meets the safety rules. The wearer must be 18 or over and able to walk unaided. It is worth sending them Is it right for me? first, so they know what to expect. There is one reward for each genuinely new customer.
What are the conditions?

- Your friend must be new to Easy Stride: one reward for each new customer
- The £25 comes off the hire price of their first hire
- Your £25 credit is issued once their hire is complete
- It cannot be combined with any other offer, including the FIRST30 launch code
- Credit is for Easy Stride hires only and has no cash alternative
- We may withhold a reward if a referral is not genuine
Questions
Can my friend use the launch code as well?
No. Your friend chooses one: £25 off through your referral or the FIRST30 launch code while it lasts. They cannot be used together.
When will I get my credit?
After your friend's hire is complete, which means the unit has been posted back and checked in. We email the credit to you.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. You earn £25 credit for each new customer who completes a hire.
Do I have to have hired one myself?
No. Anyone can refer a friend. The credit you earn is for an Easy Stride hire of your own.
