Wearing the Easy Strider over everyday clothes in a garden Trying the Easy Strider at home
In everyday life

Made for real life.

Worn over your own clothes, at home or away. No appointments, no fittings, nothing else to buy.

A walking holiday, a week by the coast, a wedding, the grandchildren visiting. Rent it for the days that ask more of your legs, then send it back when they're done.

How it works

Four simple steps. Then you just walk.

Two minutes with the checklist below or a quick question to our team, before you commit to anything.

  2. It arrives ready to go

Delivered to your door fully charged, with a quick-start guide and our contact details in the case.

  3. Try it in your daily life

The park, the shops, the garden. It goes on in about 90 seconds, over your own clothes.

  4. Send it back or keep it longer

A prepaid return label and bag are included. Keep it past your rental and it renews automatically, charging you for another period of the same length; post it back before then and nothing more is taken.

Trips and days out

Go further on the trip you already booked.

A few days in a new city, a cottage in the hills, a walking holiday with friends. The trips worth renting for are the ones where you're on your feet from breakfast until dinner.

Cobbled streets, forest trails, museum floors and the walk back to the hotel all cost your legs less. Rent it for the days you're away, then send it back when you're home.

The technology
Engineering you can rely on.

It senses each step and adds just enough strength, so hills feel flatter, distances feel shorter and long days end with something left in your legs. Every unit is inspected, charged and sanitised before it reaches your door.

Renting vs buying

The sensible way to own less.

An exoskeleton is a big decision. Renting lets you feel the difference in your own life first, with servicing included and nothing to store, maintain or regret.

The people behind it

Real help when you need it.

EasyStride isn't a faceless warehouse. Every unit is unpacked, checked, charged and sanitised by hand before it ships. The people who do it are the ones who answer your questions.

Not sure it's right for you? Ask. You'll get an honest answer either way, before you spend anything.

Common questions

Asked and answered honestly.

How does the rental work?

Choose a 3, 7 or 14-day rental at checkout and pay for that period upfront, from £199. We ship it to you. When your rental ends, you post it back with the prepaid label and bag we provide. If you keep it past the end of your period, the rental renews automatically and you are charged for another period of the same length; return it before then and nothing more is taken.

Is it safe? Will it pull me along?

No. It doesn't move you. It assists the movement you're already making, only when you move. You stay in control and can turn the assistance down or off at any time. It isn't a balance aid though: if balance is your main concern, talk to your GP first, then to us.

Will it fit me and what do I wear it with?

It fits waists from roughly 28" to 44" and goes on over your normal clothes in about 90 seconds; most people wear it over trousers. No special footwear, no tools.

What if it breaks or something goes wrong?

Every rental includes full service cover: if anything fails, we replace the unit free of charge, usually within 48 hours. Our contact details are in the case too.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, across mainland UK, usually within 5–8 working days. Delivery is free on 7 and 14-day rentals; a flat £25 applies to 3-day rentals. Every rental includes a prepaid return label and bag.

Can I cancel or change my dates?

Yes to both. Cancel at least 7 days before your rental starts and you get a full refund. Need to move the dates instead? Tell us at least 3 days before your booking starts and we'll shift it to new dates free of charge.

Can I take it away with me?

Within the UK, absolutely: it folds into a daypack. Going abroad? Ask us before you book: airline battery rules vary and we'll tell you honestly whether your trip is a good fit.

Are you really the only company that rents these?

As far as we know, yes. We haven't found another UK service that rents walking exoskeletons rather than selling them; if you find one, tell us. Either way, renting here means UK support, full service cover and prepaid returns.

Is it suitable for me?

It's designed for people who can already walk unaided and want hills, distance and long days to cost less effort. Try the two-minute check above. If you have any health concerns, speak with your own doctor before you start.

Try it on your own streets first.

Rent one for 3, 7 or 14 days, with full service cover and a friendly UK team behind you. If it's not for you, send it back with the prepaid label and bag.
