Instructions

Everything you need to get the most out of your Easy Stride, from fitting it for the first time to charging, adjusting and looking after it.

Watch

See it in action.

Two short videos show exactly how to put your Easy Stride on and take it off. Use the toggle to switch between them.

  1. Unbox and charge

Your Easy Stride arrives ready to go. Give it a top-up charge with the included USB-C cable while you watch the videos.

  2. Put it on over your clothes

Step in, fasten the waist and leg straps until snug, and switch it on. The whole thing takes under 90 seconds.

  3. Choose your assist level

Start gentle and increase the support with one button as you get comfortable. There's no wrong setting, it's whatever feels right.

  4. Go for a walk

That's it. Head out the door. Charge it overnight when you're done and it's ready for tomorrow.

Not technical? You don't need to be. If you can fasten a seatbelt, you can fit an Easy Stride. And our UK team is on the phone 7 days a week if you'd like a hand.

Step by step

Everything you need to know.

Take it at your own pace. Each part below walks you through one stage, in plain English.

Before your first walk

Unbox everything and give your Easy Stride a full charge before the first use. Find a bit of clear space indoors, like a hallway, so you can get used to the feel before heading outside.

Fitting it correctly

Wear it over your normal trousers. Step in, fasten the waist strap first, then the two leg straps. They should feel snug but never tight. If a strap digs in, loosen it a notch. The whole thing takes under 90 seconds once you've done it a couple of times.

Choosing your assist level

Switch it on and start on the lowest assist setting. Take a few steps, then press the button to step the support up until it feels natural. There is no wrong setting. Most people settle on a gentle level for everyday walks and a higher one for hills.

Charging and battery

Charge it overnight with the included USB-C cable and you will have a full day of assisted walking. A full charge takes about two hours. The light turns green when it is ready.

Care and storage

Wipe it down with a damp cloth after muddy walks and let it dry before storing. Keep it somewhere dry at room temperature. It is rain-ready, but it is not designed to be submerged.

If something is not right

If it feels uncomfortable or something does not seem to be working, stop and give our UK team a call. We will talk you through it, and if it still is not right we will sort a replacement straight away.

Troubleshooting

Common questions.

It won't switch on

Give it a full two-hour charge first, then hold the power button for three seconds. If the light still doesn't come on, call our team and we'll help.

The straps feel loose while walking

Re-fasten the waist strap first and make sure it sits above your hips, then tighten the leg straps a notch. They should feel snug without pinching.

The battery seems to drain quickly

Higher assist levels use more power. Try a lower setting for everyday walking, and charge fully overnight. If it still drops fast, get in touch and we'll check it.

It isn't comfortable

Small adjustments make a big difference. Call our UK team and we'll talk you through the fit. If it still isn't right, send it back and we'll make it right.
