We check and pack it
Every unit is inspected, charged and sanitised by our UK team before it goes anywhere.
1–2 working days

It arrives
To your door, in a hard case, fully charged. You'll have tracking from the moment it leaves us.
5–8 working days

You send it back
Put it back in the case, attach the prepaid label and hand it in at any Post Office. Keep the receipt. If you need it for longer, ask us before your end date.
