How does the rental work?
Choose a 3, 7 or 14-day rental at checkout and pay for the period you pick, from £199. We ship it to you and you post it back with the prepaid label and bag when it ends.
Can I cancel or change my dates?
Yes to both. Cancel at least 7 days before your rental starts and you get a full refund. Need to move the dates instead? Tell us at least 3 days before your booking starts and we'll shift it to new dates free of charge.
Will it fit me?
Easy Stride fits waists from 28" to 44" and is worn over your normal clothes. If you're unsure, ask us and we'll talk it through before you rent.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 25km of assisted walking per charge, comfortably a full day out for most people. A 2-hour top-up with the included USB-C charger gets you back to full.
Is it difficult to set up?
Not at all. It clips on in under 90 seconds and we include a short setup video. If you can fasten a seatbelt, you can fit an Easy Stride.
What if something goes wrong?
Every rental includes full service cover, if anything fails, we'll replace the unit free of charge, usually within 48 hours.
